The FTS report provides information from all the pooled funds available in the GMS system in the format specified by the users of the Fund Tracking System (FTS), a third-party system.
II) How to access the FTS Report page? Top
To access the FTS report page and generate an FTS report, go to: Report > Report >FTS Report
III) How to generate an FTS Report? Top
To generate an FTS report, select one or more filters from the filters section.
Filters’ description :
- Pool Fund (drop down box): Lists all the pooled funds available to your user profile.
- Allocation Year (drop down box): Lists the years of allocation available in the GMS system.
- Report Format (Radio Button): Select the report format in which the details have to be displayed. (Excel or PDF)
Then click on [Generate] to create the FTS Report (in Excel or PDF) and have it automatically downloaded on your laptop.
