The Final Report

Activate the Final Report

The Final Report is a CERF reporting requirement, that combines the final programmatic, project-level reporting from all the implementing agencies funded by a CERF allocation, consolidated into a comprehensive, allocation-level report to be submitted by the Country Office, to CERF HQ via OneGMS.

The Final Report is submitted as a package for CERF review by the Country Focal Point, consisting of both:

  • Allocation-Level Report (prepared by the Country Office)
  • Final Report Inputs from Agencies (Project-Level)

The Final Report is available once the Interim Update report is approved by CERF HQ and is due three months after the expiration of a CERF Allocation but may be extended at the discretion of CERF HQ, or if a No Cost Extension (NCE) has been approved for any of the projects, extending the allocation expiration. In this last case, the due date for reporting is extended for one month past the latest NCE date.

Open the Final Report to Agencies (Country Focal Point)
Once the Final Report has been activated by CERF Programme Office, the Country Focal Point is informed, and will need to open Agency access so Agencies can view the Final Report and submit their inputs.

In their OneGMS homepage, the Country Focal Point should find a new task in their Allocation Final Report Task List. The task should be to Open Final Report to Agencies for Inputs. Clicking the blue redirect icon beside the task name will allow the Country Focal Point to access and open the allocation-level tabs of the Final Report
