Pro Tip of the Month: How to Extract a Report from OneGMS Partner Profile – January 2025
Are you looking for an efficient way to perform partner-related analysis using OneGMS? Here’s a step-by-step guide tailored to help HFU teams extract and utilize critical partner information effectively:
Step 1: Access the Partner Profile
Navigate to the OneGMS Partner Portal and open the [Partner Profile] menu. Use the search feature to filter partners based on your analysis needs:
- For a full overview of partners linked to your fund, simply select your Fund.
- If you are searching for eligible or non-eligible partners, use the Partner Risk Filter. Select ineligible or high/medium/low categories risk to refine your search. You may also use the other filters for a refined search.
Click [Search] to view a list of direct (primary) partners fitting your criteria. At the bottom left of the screen, you will see the total number of partners matching your search. This provides the pool of partners from which you will draw your data.
Step 2: Extract the Data
Once your list is generated:
- Select all partners by ticking the checkbox next to "Acronym."
- Click on [View Profile] to access detailed partner profiles

- Generate an Excel extract of the information for offline analysis.

What Information Can You Access?
The Partner Portal Excel extract includes a wealth of details, such as:
- Key Partner Information: Eligibility status, registration, CA and funding date, contact details, office locations, and board trustees.
- Project Listings: Includes individual project data, total disbursed amounts, and the number of projects.
- Reporting & Monitoring Overview: Number of reports, timeliness, and key dates.
- Audit Status: Highlights critical findings and audit status.
- Indirect Funding Details: For a comprehensive view of sub-partner affiliated.
