Access the Project Revision

1. Access the Project Revision: As Agency
2. Access the Submitted Project Revision: As Reviewers
3. Access Past Revisions: All Users


Project Revisions for any project can be accessed at any time, by eligible users via the Admin tab of the relevant Project Proposal.
When a Project Revision-related task is slated for any user, they should additionally be able to find the Project Revision
on their OneGMS homepage.

1. Access the Project Revision: Agency 
Once the Country Focal Point approves the request portion of the Project Revision, and configures the revision template,
as with the Project Revision Request, Agency Focal Points can access revisions through the Revision Overview tab
on the right side of their homepage, by clicking on the desired project code.
This allows Agency Focal Points to modify the relevant parts of their projects directly within the template. 

2. Access the Submitted Project Revision: Reviewers 
After Agency submission of the Project Revision for review, relevant reviewers (Country Focal Points, CERF Finance, and CERF Secretariat),
will find a new task on their OneGMS homepage, in the Revision Task List.


To review the Project Revision, the Country Focal Point, CERF Finance, or CERF Secretariat reviewers
may click the blue redirect icon () beside to the task name, to open it.

3. Access Past Revisions: All Users 
Any past revisions made to a project are recorded in the system, and may be accessed.
These, as well as revisions that are currently in process, from the Revision Request stage onward,
may be accessed and reviewed through the Project Proposal template of the desired project.

To view any revisions, click on the Admin tab of the Project Proposal template.
The page features a section listing the Revision History of the project.


 

To open a revision, click on the blue redirect icon () next to the Revision Request number.
A new browser tab will open to the Revision Request tabs of the Project Revision template.
Project Revision pages may also be accessed via the respective tabs.
