I) What is the Full Application 

Once the ERC has endorsed the Initial Strategy, the Country Office can draft and submit the Full Application. The Full Application reflects the comments left by the ERC, is updated to take into account any changes to the humanitarian situation on the field and includes all projects linked to the allocation.

Steps of the Full Application (please click on a step to open its dedicated article):  

  • Step 1: send the Full Application form template to the country office (CERF HQ)
  • Step 2: send the Allocation Broadcast (CERF HQ – optional)
  • Step 3: draft/redraft and submit the Full Application form (CO)
  • Step 4: open the project proposal form and send it to the Agencies (CO)
  • Step 4: review the Full Application (CERF HQ)
  • Step 5: initial budget review (CERF Finance)
  • Step 6: send CERF feedback (CERF HQ)
  • Step 7: close allocation process, projects under implementation (CERF HQ)
