The tracking tab displays the workflow that the project proposal went through. It also provides information on which stage the project is currently in, the task that was performed, the user role who performed the action and the time and date the project proposal moved to another status.  

You can hover over a task to display the email of the user who performed the task and comments that may have been inserted during the workflow movement.
