Whether from the Due Diligence form or the ‘Subgrants’ tab of the project proposal, the partner may have to add a sub-implementing partner (Sub-IP). On their side, HFUs will be responsible, among other things, for reviewing or editing Sub-IPs.
There are two ways for the HFU to manage Sub-IPs.

The first one is through the ‘Sub-Partner’ tab of the Due Diligence at partner level. This tab allows the HFU to review a Sub-IP added by the direct partner, view and edit Sub-IPs linked to the partner and link Sub-IPs to the partner.

The second one is the Sub Partner Management module to manage Sub-IPs at country level. From there, the HFU can display all Sub-IPs added in a given country, edit a Sub-IP, view all projects and direct partners linked to it and link a new direct partner to a Sub-IP.
