The Tracking page displays 

• the workflow that the project proposal went through 
• at which stage of the workflow the project is currently at 
• the task that was performed 
• the user role who performed the task 
• the time and date when the project proposal changed status.

You can mouse hover-over a task to display the email address of the user who performed the task, and any comments that may have been added during workflow movement.
